About

Two engineering lineages, a company built from scratch, and a working belief that the operational layer is where ambition meets reality.

The Work 01 ⁄ 04

I work at the seam between engineering delivery and digital operations — the place where a Gantt chart meets an ERP, where a plant schedule meets executive reporting, where a project becomes a business.

For ten years I've built PMO frameworks, consolidated enterprise tooling, and run controls on biogas plants, chemical recycling facilities, substations, solar fields, data centres and R&D programmes. I ran my own EPC company for six years before moving to Norway to rebuild my career here.

The Approach 02 ⁄ 04

I pick the method to fit the project profile — not the other way round. A refinery modification isn't an R&D sprint, and a government tender isn't a software release.

CPM for EPC delivery where the sequence is the plan. Agile and Kanban for R&D where scope moves faster than drawings. CYNEFIN when the real question is "what kind of problem is this, actually?" The stack underneath is just the tool — the judgement of which tool, when is the job.

The Edge 03 ⁄ 04

What I bring that most controls people don't: I've run the company. Six years as a founder teaches you things project controls textbooks can't — what a P&L looks like under pressure, how procurement actually behaves when vendors are late, why the schedule the board sees is different from the one site runs on, and how to fix that gap.

I also bring a digital business degree on top of a mechanical engineering one — so the conversations about OT⁄IT integration, ERP consolidation, and AI-augmented reporting aren't translation work. They're the same conversation I'm already having with myself.

Right Now 04 ⁄ 04

Today I'm the project planner at Antec Biogas on a one-year contract, running controls on two flagship sites (Vest & Malm) and coordinating OT⁄IT integration at the enterprise level.

I'm open to conversations about what comes next — especially roles where digital fluency and operational discipline need to sit in the same head. See the experience page for the full CV, or skip straight to contact.

Off the clock.

Languages I speak and things I build on weekends. Most of my hobbies still involve systems — just smaller, and in my own garage.
